What I do
I build automation and AI workflows for service businesses and creators. Most of the work I publish lives on YouTube (130K+ subscribers), where I walk through real-world builds: replacing a marketing agency with Claude Code, automating client onboarding, building internal dashboards on top of APIs, and a hundred small but compounding workflows that save hours per week.

Background
Before this, I built and ran a wedding entertainment business that I scaled and sold. That experience — operating a service business under real margin pressure — is what shapes every workflow I publish today. I'm not building toys. I'm building the tools I wish I'd had when I was the one running payroll.
